What this workflow does
- Bonus Category Selection — The Lead selects the bonus category (Project Bonus, On-Time Sprint Bonus, Non-Technical Bonus, Allowance Bonus, or Other) to initiate the process.
- Bonus Data Submission — The Lead fills in the bonus details including team name, project, bonus amount, description, and uploads the supporting document.
- Bonus Review by People Growth — People Growth reviews the submission along with all provided details and decides whether to approve or reject the request, along with a mandatory review note.
- Outcome — If approved, the process ends with a Bonus Approved status. If rejected, the process ends with a Bonus Rejected status and the submitter is notified.
